Phil Ricci picked up his first dual-action polisher at 18 years old. He hasn't put it down since. With 25+ Years of Experience and tens of thousands of panels behind him, Phil still runs Brilliant Shine the same way he started: one detailer, one car at a time, with an obsessive eye for the things most shops miss.
He could have grown into a high-volume car wash years ago. He refuses. The math of "rush jobs and rental polishers" doesn't add up to the finish he's willing to put his name on. Instead, every vehicle that comes into the Lutz studio gets a proper inspection, a tailored process, and the same hands from start to finish.
